     Bryan E. Nickell is a 1991 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, earning a B.S. in Business Administration, with a major in accounting.  He earned his J.D. in 1994 from the University of Missouri-Columbia Law School.  While in law school, he was a member of the Board of Advocates, Order of the Barristers and the Missouri Law Review.  From 1993 to 1994, Nickell served as the law clerk to the Honorable Stanley A. Grimm, Judge of the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Eastern District.  He is admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Nickell practices primarily in the area of litigation, including medical malpractice defense, general tort defense and commercial litigation.  He is a member of the Sikeston Jaycees and a member of the Board of Directors of the Southeast Missouri YMCA.
