Bernard C. Rice was admitted to practice in Missouri in 1958. He received his B.S. from the University of Missouri in 1956 and his L.L.B. from the University in 1958. Rice has an active insurance defense and workers compensation practice. He is also actively involved in the defense of tort cases throughout Southeast Missouri. Rice is a former member of the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers and has served as chairman of the Board of Trustees of the First United Methodist Church of Sikeston.
