Firm attorney Joseph C. Attorneys Joseph Blanton and Diedre Peters recently obtained favorable rulings from the U. S. District Court in Cape Girardeau dismissing the firm’s client from two professional liability suits. Blanton and Hanschen – Case Updates

Joseph Blanton and Shaun Hanschen obtained a pre-suit settlement in January 2016 for a client in a premises liability suit in the amount of $300,000. The client suffered a broken arm in the incident.
