Joseph C. Blanton, Jr. Speaks at Annual Conference
Joseph C. Blanton, Jr., member, Blanton, Nickell, Collins, Douglas, and Hanschen, LLC, recently spoke to the Federal Judges and the Federal Practice Committee for the Eastern District of Missouri at the Annual Conference of the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO. His presentation was entitled “The Continuing (and Increasing) Relevance of The Erie Doctrine and Recent Developments in Missouri Law to the Missouri Federal Courts”. Blanton is a member of the Federal Practice Committee and one of his specialties is Federal Court litigation.
